Description:The ENUM function does not return the error from DNS properly. It is useful to differentiate between failed query (e.g. non-existent domain) vs. no data records. This is required to make overlapped dialing work.

Adjusted this patch to apply to ENUMLOOKUP count option as well, cleaned it up somewhat, added more documentation (some still needed for upgrade.txt)
