Description:When you say the time in spanish and it is 01:00 - 01:59 or 13:00 - 13:59 you must use female pronunciation "1F". The function "say_date_with_format_es" does not take this in account. I have added a patch that corrects this behavior.

I know the patch is trivial, but I'm going to request that you submit it as a file attachment and sign the License Agreement (if you haven't already). It is done online, and should be a link at the top if you have not already done this.

It only needs to be done once.

Does this also apply to 01:00 - 01:59 for the 24 hour clock?
