Description:I've noticed that when using fewestcalls or lastrecent strategy, call routed to one agent is routed to him all the time until he picks it up.
Example:
When we have 3 agents in queue (A,B,C) and everyone is free. Call is routed properly to one with fewest calls/ last recent. However, after the timeout in the queue occurs and the caller get the information about place in the queue etc. The call is routed to the same agent as before once again. Shouldn't the call be routed after timeout to the next free agent?
I don't know if this is a bug or planned behaviour.

@jamicque: If you have to ask 'if this is a bug or planned behaviour', you most likely in the wrong place.  Your best to try support first (see below).

After you find the answer, and it is not working as expected, feel free to reopen this issue and post the required information to reproduce your issue.
