Description:	This option is no longer valid/recognized, so the documentation shouldn't refer to it.

While we don't encourage (or recommend) the use of priority jumping, some peoples dialplans could potentially be using it as they move forward. This option still exists afaik (i.e. the code hasn't been removed) so we shouldn't be removing the documentation for features (regardless of whether we recommend or encourage their use).
