Description: | in configs/queues.confsample ; leastrecent - ring interface which was least recently called by this queue to me "was last recently called" sounds, as if the moment the agent _answers_ the channel is taken as reference here. but actually the moment the agent hung up is taken as reference. so i think the documentation should be something like: ; leastrecent - ring interface which was least recently hung up by this queue maybe i am too sensitive regarding this, but i think the one-sentence description of the queue strategy should be clear. | ||
