is the original version of this clone:ASTERISK-18261 CLONE -asterisk does not starts
Environment:CYGWIN_NT-5.1Attachments:( 0) ASTERISK-18102-1_ff.diff.gz
Description:When starting asterisk.exe, it exits.with message "could not load Asterisk, No error"
The problem is: asterisk.exe load Astersik core - asterisk.dll and requires exported symbol main, but asterisk.dll does not exports it.
I have managed to fix it editing on fly main/asterisk.exports but it should be automatically fixed by configurator (in asterisk.exports.in).

The cygwin environment is not supported. Please file an issue with the party responsible for supporting your environment.

As you've indicated you know how to resolve this issue, could you please provide a patch?  Thanks!

Patch is trivial, but I not sure if it doesn't have side-effects on other platforms

The Cygwin platform is no longer supported at all in Asterisk.
