Description:	When forwarding voicemails using a recipient list into VoiceMail, if the message is marked as Urgent, and the global setting forward_urgent_auto is set to 'yes', the message is still forwarded as Normal priority. Note that this is related to ASTERISK-18245, but would still be a problem even if that issue was resolved.
