Description:There are several new codecs that are being supported in chan_sip that are not available in other channel modules (chan_iax2 probably being the most prominent since it does get used quite often), which means the CHANGES and/or UPGRADE.txt files need to be updated to reflect which codecs that have been added are not available to those channel drivers, or a definitive list of codecs that *are* available.

We should explain why certain channel drivers aren't getting the new codecs, and which codecs are available within those channel drivers. We should probably update the sample configuration files as well that lists which codecs are available (or a wiki page that documents the how/why/what with links to it from the sample configuration files might even be a better idea).
