Description: | When using SIP-REFER for blind transfers, SIP-NOTIFIES are sent, to inform the refering party about the progress of the transfer. This is done by sending SIP-NOTIFIES with a sipfrag in the body, which contains the progress. In the first SIP-NOTIFY the sipfrag contains "SIP/2.0 183 Ringing" which i think should be "SIP/2.0 180 Ringing" instead. | ||
