Description:	Occurred in the Asterisk TestSuite while executing the ConfBridge nominal test.  See http://bamboo.asterisk.org/browse/AST10-LUCID-417/ It appears as if the bridge channel is being deref'd too many times: [Dec 22 23:11:00] DEBUG[4416] app_queue.c: Device 'Bridge/0xe17e580' changed to state '2' (In use) but we don't care because they're not a member of any queue.
