Description:Occurred in the Asterisk TestSuite while executing the ConfBridge nominal test.  See http://bamboo.asterisk.org/browse/AST10-LUCID-417/

It appears as if the bridge channel is being deref'd too many times:

I'm pretty sure this patch will fix this issue as well.

Closed as duplicate of ASTERISK-18988 (v3 patch fixed the issue exposed by the testsuite)
