Description:	ASTERISK-18809 implemented what was specified in extensions.conf for stdexten using GoSub.  However, that can cause legacy dialplans that depend on the implementation being done with Macro to break. We should add a parameter that allows for the legacy option so as not to break people's configurations when upgrading to Asterisk 11.
