Description:When sending a command SIPNOTIFY by the manager and that asterisk runs tcp only there is a fatal error

ERROR[1085]: chan_sip.c:5253 create_addr_from_peer: 'UDP' is not a valid transport for '1100'. we only use 'TCP'! ending call.

Please also attach your sip.conf file, and specify the peer that the NOTIFY was related to.
