Description:	Customer reported that when he run the command: "transcoder show", he gets the following output: {noformat} VOIP6*CLI> transcoder show 2/-2 encoders/decoders of 92 channels are in use. {noformat} We don't know why Asterisk reports 2 encoders and minus 2 decoders
