Description: | Document integration of WebRTC with Asterisk on the Asterisk wiki. This should provide at a minimum: 1) A giant caveat that since the IETF is still ironing out the finer points - and client implementations are still 'not working' - this is all a little touch and go right now 2) Some high level description of what WebRTC is, what WebSockets are, and why they're nifty 3) How the WebSocket implementation fits into the architecture of Asterisk 4) How to set up a system to support WebSockets with chan_sip 5) Examples of how connecting *should* work 6) Links to client implementations that *might* work when testing | ||
Comments: | By: Juan Carlos Castro y Castro (jccyc) 2012-08-20 14:19:19.168-0500 Changes necessary in sipml5 to register with Asterisk trunk. 192.168.0.111 is the address of my test VM; use yours. OR sophisticate the page a little so you can input it, perhaps. |
