Description:Setting 'core set verbose' to a level greater than what the daemon was started with, has no effect.

As a workaround you can set verbose=99 in asterisk.conf to get the expected behavior in the remote console(s).

I just tried this.  I started Asterisk on one terminal with "asterisk -gc" and connected to it remotely with "asterisk -rcvvv".  I then ran reload on both consoles.  In both cases, the verbose output went to the remote console, but not to the core console.  What am I missing?
