Description: | When an agent is connected to a call in a queue, they can press any digit and nothing happens other than a tone gets played (as it should). But when they press * the connecting customer gets disconnected. This is not set up in the features.conf nor is the Queue INTEST1 have the "hH" option.
Attached file "bug5" is a full log with DEBUG level 5. you can see the error "Didn't get a frame from channel: Agent/1127" after the * key pressed in the file. | ||
