Description: | When building a fresh checkout of asterisk trunk with "./configure --enable-dev-mode && make -j3", the initial build attempt fails because doc/core-en_US.xml is missing the opening <docs> tag which causes xmllint to flag it as invalid. I am currently working around this by deleting the xml documentation and forcing it to be regenerated. This does not happen if the initial configuration does not use the --enable-dev-mode flag. | ||
