| Description: | This task is to refactor the AMI events in aoc onto Stasis-Core.
These should contain a handle to the channel or a channel snapshot, along with a JSON describing the advice of charge. Note that {{ast_aoc_manager_event}} is a public function and needs to be able to raise the appropriate Stasis messages itself. | ||
