Description: | As part of the overhaul for [AMI 1.4|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/AMI+1.4+Specification], AMI events need to convey the system name that they are being generated from. For applications that aggregate AMI state from a variety of Asterisk systems, this makes it significantly easier to discern which event came from what system at an application level (without having to remember IP Addresses, etc.)
The system name is stored in ast_config_AST_SYSTEM_NAME. | ||
