Description:The problem I have is the following I have configured two tails I use for a callcenter agents added to these queues are so dynamic and I have activated the recording by the two tails tail the problem I have is that when you call the tail A serves the agent and it's up to the queue B transfer audio from the tail a is not reflected in the reports of cdr but if I check the hard drive if the audio on the audio appears only report queue B there something to fix this??
