Description:STRFTIME sometimes returns '0000-00-00 00:00:00' which causes the difference in actual time and printed time of the call. This issue occurs once in a one lac numbers dialed through call files concept.

lac (lakh) is an Indian word for 100,000.

Can you provide your dialplan where this occurs?

Perhaps a sample .call file as well.
