To clarify; this occurs during processing of the callfile only? Do we need any dialplan along with it for reproduction?

Also, you put the SVN rev, but what branch did you use, or does this occur in all branches that you are aware of?

I've never used SVN for other than TRUNK.
Updated the version.

Yes, it only happens when processing the call file. Calling the same extension from any type of phone works.
And it used to work until recently.

And it works again.
With SVN-trunk-r397366 the issue is gone.

I don't see anything in the SVN log I can relate to this, but it works again.
