Description:We have found out the problem with quick dial of dtmf signals.

Symptoms: A user rings to a company with asterisk as a PBX. PBX is connected to PSTN by a TE121/TE220 card. On the PBX it answers autoattendant, allowing dial of extensions.
The user, having heard  the voice greeting, dials extension - further very attentively, DIALS QUICKLY - the pauses between button pushes is much less then a second.
The PBX in this situation does not recognize the DTMF, the employee on the extension is not reached. But if a user dials the same extension slowly, say pressing first button, then waiting 1 second, pressing second
button,  waiting a second again and so on -
in this case DTMF get regognized very well - the user in this situation reaches the employee on that extension.

Conditions:
Asterisk 1.8.15-cert2 or asterisk-11.2cert2

What we tried to tune
The toneduration parameter in  chandahdi.conf.
Different  values were set, from 10 to 200.

We require a complete debug log to help triage the issue. This document will provide instructions on how to collect debugging logs from an Asterisk machine for the purpose of helping bug marshals troubleshoot an issue: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Collecting+Debug+Information

Please make sure you have also enabled the DTMF logger option in the debug output.
