Description:There's a clear attempt to read an invalid rtp instance here, but no particular indication as to why.

With some more looking, I've found this issue which might be related: ASTERISK-23310

Per conversations with leifmadsen and Marquis42 in #asterisk-dev, closing out as a duplicate of ASTERISK-23310. If this is still an issue, we can always re-open it.
