Mention what special characters can be used in include or exec paths.  I know from another issue, that the wildcard character can be used.

Also mention specifics about using includes in some special case files, such as asterisk.conf and modules.conf.

Reviewed and edited most pages in the https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Configuration+Files section.

Other than several tweaks to various pages, I added an intro to the https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Intro+to+Asterisk+Configuration+Files page and merged relevant comments into pages where it made sense. I merged any remaining info from the Configuration Parser page into the relevant pages (which were already mostly redundant) and deleted the Configuration Parser page.
