Description:Hi, I need your help.
I'm using asterisk version 1.8.14.1 and after one or two days of use, with approximately 100 users calls start to fail (cutting the audio). After that it crashes with this error:
"Exceptionally long voice queue length queuing"

After he returns this error, it hangs knocking all 100 people connected.
Asterisk Version: 1.8.14.1
Channel SIP
Linux: CentOS release 6.4 (Final) (64-bit)
Hardware: 7 x "Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU E5420@2.50GHz"
Mem: 16333808k total
The processing does not go 400% cpu. Would have at least a few more 300%.

I don't use DONT_OPTIMIZE and  DEBUG_THREADS  Compiler flags.

Help me please.
Thanks.

Roberto.

Thanks for your comments. This does not appear to be a bug report and we are closing it. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise your question in the support tracker, http://www.asterisk.org/support.

As a few additional comments:
# The particular warning message you're seeing occurs when frames are being enqueued on the channels but are not being serviced. That could occur in a large variety of ways that entails a lot of debugging; hence, why this is really a request for Support.
# You are running a relatively old version of Asterisk 1.8. Many issues that could theoretically lead to this situation have been resolved. You may want to consider upgrading to see if that helps.

If you continue to have problems, it would be best to look for support from the Asterisk community in the relevant locations (forums, mailing lists, IRC, etc.)
