I created a stub and have begun drafting some pages for this.
We are missing a lot for this topic.

We have :

Nothing really about device state,extension state, hints, subscriptions, etc.

I've worked out the pages:

Todo:

I need to add some more information to [Extension State and Hints|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Extension+State+and+Hints] about SIP subscriptions (or possibly on this [SIP Subscriptions|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/SIP+Subscriptions] stub if I have enough) and then a good overview and diagram to the main [States and Presence|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/States+and+Presence] page.

Got all the pages into a reasonable state.

I added content to the page https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/States+and+Presence including a nice diagram.

Added sub-pages to the "Configuring res_pjsip" page:

Created stubs for the PJSIP specific subscription related pages and an issue to document developer their content later: ASTERISK-23831

Created another issue for the missing "pjsip show subscriptions" command: ASTERISK-23828
