Description:Queue members who happen to be in multiple queues at the same time don't have any wrap up time. This problem appears to have become more prevalent since Asterisk 11.3.0.

This may be related to the backing out of the patch on ASTERISK-16115.

Reported by Tony Lewis of FreePBX.

Iam able to reproduce this issue again with Asterisk 11.12.0.

Do not clone issues. Comment on the original issue and a bug marshal will re-open the issue for you.

Cloning issues makes a mess of the issue tracker, and the job of bug marshals much harder.

Please attach your logs to the original issue. In particular, make sure you generate a DEBUG log that contains all levels of information (your current log does not have that). In addition, provide instructions on how to reproduce the issue.
