Description:Hello
We are using asterisk 1.4.10.1 with digium gateway G100

Due to problem with our old redfone T1 gateway we replaced with digium g100 gateway.

After changing the digium G100 Outgoing is working fine but no audio for incoming calls, even no sound for ivr, voicemail greetings, busy message and voice mail messages.

I tried all possibilities and created ticket with digium support as well for g100 they checked and i was told there is no problem with g100. Issue seems to be in asterisk, thing is it's working fine with redfone T1 gateway.

Below is my sip.conf. Do we need to configure any thing specific for incoming audio to work with g100?

[digiumtrunk]
type=friend
username=digiumtrunk
secret=digiumtrunk
host=10.14.0.29(g100 ip)
context=incoming
qualify=yes
disallow=all
allow=gsm
allow=ulaw
nat=yes

I tried with nat yes, no and never options in sip.conf

Hi! First, please read through the [Asterisk Issue Guidelines|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Issue+Guidelines] and don't post long debug logs inline in a description or comment field. Please attach them as .txt files to the issue.

Second, you say you are using Asterisk 1.4.10.1, which is completely unsupported now. See the [Asterisk Versions|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Versions] wiki page.

Third, If Digium tech support works with you on a supported, recent version of Asterisk (which is the only way they would support you) then they would be able to provide a detailed description of what the bug with Asterisk is.

Can you provide a Digium support ticket number so that I talk with Digium support to see what the issue with Asterisk was?

Thank you for your response.My apologies for posting the debug logs inline instead of attaching.
Digium Case # is 00425203

Thanks for the ticket number Siva. From talking with Digium support, they haven't identified a bug with Asterisk, only that possible mis-configuration or network issues are causing a problem. They verified the gateway was working fine and operational.

This bug tracker is not a support forum for Digiums commercial products or for technical support of open source Asterisk. The issue tracker exists for reporting bugs in open source Asterisk software.

I'm closing this out since this looks to be a technical support request. I recommend contacting Digium technical support if you feel like the case was not resolved, and or posting questions on the asterisk-users mailing list if you need help with Asterisk itself from the community.

Additionally here are the guidelines for usage of this issue tracker: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Issue+Guidelines

Thanks!

Rusty
Thank you for your update.I appreciate your help on this. I already re-opened the ticket with digium support, my network team confirmed all the ports are open.I will ask them to check again.
