Description:This issue is similar to ASTERISK-24237 but the called channel is involved in a directed pickup.  The comment by Matt about Pickup on ASTERISK-24237 is partially true.  Unfortunately, if the first CDR with the Pickedup channel is finalized and a new one started you get a FRACK when the DialEnd is processed.

Using the setup for ASTERISK-24356, repeatedly pickup calls.  Eventually you will get a FRACK in the CDR module.
