We require a complete debug log to help triage the issue. This document will provide instructions on how to collect debugging logs from an Asterisk machine for the purpose of helping bug marshals troubleshoot an issue: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Collecting+Debug+Information

Can you provide us a debug log following the instructions linked above? Also, a new backtrace following the instructions at [Getting a Backtrace|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Getting+a+Backtrace#GettingaBacktrace-GettingInformationAfterACrash]. Specifically make sure to get the suggested compilation flags set when compiling.

We also need a description of how the crash occurs, at least a general description of what is going on when it occurs, if it is reproducible, are there any modifications to Asterisk, etc? This will not only help us if we need to reproduce, but also help other Google searchers find the issue if it is similar to what they are having.

Closing out as "Cannot Reproduce"... as we can't reproduce it.

If you can provide instructions on how to reliably reproduce it, please comment on the issue and we'll be happy to reopen it. Thanks!
