Description:The busy detect setting do not appear to work in asterisk version 11.13.0 with dahdi 2.10.0.1

When setting busy detect regardless of busypattern settings it would seem that any pattern is taken as busy pattern.

Setting busy pattern to 375,375 (Aus busy pattern) doesn't seem to have any effect and counts the ringback as busy tone causing outbound calls to hangup at busycount amount.

We are not seeing this issue with anyone else (Digium customers, or Asterisk users) so it may be something specific to your environment or configuration.

Please provide a debug log along with your configuration files (for DAHDI and for Asterisk).

Please ensure the debug log shows the *debug* and *verbose* type log channels. Make sure they are turned up to 5 or above when logging. Thanks!
