Description:Seems that native IAX2 transfer does not work when encryption=yes is set on peers.

Box A : Asterisk 1.8.32.3
Box B: Asterisk 11.17.1

Box A is calling box B.
Then box B transfers call back to box A.

When encryption=no is set on both peers, everything is OK

This is not a bug. When encryption is in use the media has to be decrypted and re-encrypted with the new key. IAX2 does not provide a mechanism to exchange the required keying material between both sides to allow a native transfer to occur.
