Per the Asterisk versions page [1], the maintenance (bug fix) support for the Asterisk branch you are using has ended. For continued maintenance support please move to a supported branch of Asterisk. After testing with a supported branch, if you find this problem has not been resolved, please open a new issue against the latest version of that Asterisk branch.

Thanks!

Hi Alessio,

Did you test issue with supported asterisk version?
If the issue still here please reattach captures data with all tcp traffic between asterisk and md110.
The data exchange between asterisk and pbx is not on 1720 port only as you have h245tunneling is off on MD110.

For some reason Asterisk don't start logical channels after TCS&MSD handshake with MD PBX

Will investigate about reasons.

Hi Alessio,

Could you please set up tracelevel=6 in ooh323.conf section [general], make call afer ooh323 reload then attach here /var/log/asterisk/h323_log file?

Anyway MD do something wrong, there was no opened audio channels but MD send audio stream to asterisk.

Ok

Alessio,

As i said before there is no terminal capabilities set acknownledge from MD.

17:54:29:244  Not opening logical channels as Cap exchange remaining
17:54:29:244  Finished handling H245 message. (incoming, ooh323c_2)
17:54:58:658  TerminalCapabilityExchange timeout. (incoming, ooh323c_2)
17:54:58:659  Built TerminalCapabilitySetRelease (incoming, ooh323c_2)

One of reason of lack of TCS ACK from MD can be different code framing between asterisk and MD, asterisk use 20ms by default in your config and MD110 user 30ms framing as it show in TCS packet.

Please set
allow=alaw:30,ulaw:30
in md110 section of ooh323.conf

then retest calls.

Also please check h.323 parameters in MD110 (faststart, h.245tunneling) if they are accessible for you. Better way is to switch on these.

I solved it by changing IP interface card from old ELU32 to new IPLU card.
Thank you
