Description:(About 100+ calls simultaneously)
When mixmonitor is active and some calls hangup(stopmixmonitor), voice distortion occurs on IVR playbacks for other active calls. There is no RTP lost packet, only distorted sound. If i disable mixmonitor app or use Asterisk 11 Playbacks are fine in this situation.

We require additional debug to continue with triage of your issue. Please follow the instructions on the wiki [1] for how to collect debugging information from Asterisk. For expediency, where possible, attach the debug with a '.txt' file extension so that the debug will be usable for further analysis.

Thanks!

Strange!  Please provide the requested debug during an instance where the issue is trigger (calls hanging up). In addition a packet capture with RTP audio demonstrating a call where the audio is distorted at some point during the call.

Please make sure the packet capture correlates with the debug log.  Thanks!

I haven't figured out how to reproduce this yet.

Do you have a way to reproduce the issue in small scale, with only a few calls?

Or can you only reproduce the issue with your production load of calls?
