Block all calls, and see constantly calls and channels active, but all are false.

Thanks for any help to detect the problem.

It appears the bug you have submitted is against a rather old version of a supported branch of Asterisk. There have been many issues fixed between the version you are using and the current version of your branch. Please test with the latest version in your Asterisk branch and report whether the issue persists.

Joshua i have another question, then your recommandation is update to Asterisk 13.8.2 and not to Asterisk 15, is for production environtment, thanks.

Asterisk 15 does not exist. Asterisk 13 is a currently supported LTS branch, however the version you are on is old and many changes have gone in since its release.
