Description: | Add the dialed extension to the call log when an attended transfer is sent to a non-phone extension (for instance IVR, conference, queue, etc...). Currently the Asterisk ATTENDEDTRANSFER cel event is missing this info inside the eventextra field.
From the original reporter: {quote} I basically need to know if a call is assisted transferred to a non-phone extension what that extension is. If there is no channel then transfer_target_channel_name is obviously not the place to put it. Maybe some new field inside eventextra that says transfer_target_extension? Or if available transfer_target_accountcode? ... I would need to know which non-phone extension (if any) the call is being transferred to. So if a call is being assisted transferred to IVR extension 800 I need the value "800." The app name "Playback" doesn't really help me in terms of call logs. {quote} | ||
