Description:Icelandic grammar is very quirky when it comes to numbers and dates. Different genders are used for different components of numbers, and the numbers themselves have different genders.

Support is need to correctly state the time and date at which messages were received, as well as using the correct gender for saying the number of messages.

Will be submitting patch to Gerrit.
