Description:It appears that the following dialplan functions:

Set(CHANNEL(secure_bridge_media)=1)
Set(CHANNEL(secure_bridge_signaling)=1)

Are unimplemented when the channel type is pjsip in Asterisk 13.  The documentation would seem to indicate they would be implemented in a r/w fashion on all channel types, so might be worth a clarification to the documentation.

Even better would be to implement this on pjsip, so per-dial decisions could be made about encrypting media and signaling.
