At current moment i can't represent it.
Was like that when second conference channel was congested by a2b.

We'll need instructions on how to reproduce this to investigate further..

Dear Sirs,

it is reproduceable also on 11.23.1 and not only on the last channel that enters the conference.
This bug happens when the channels just entered the conference and they undergo a kick (e.g. from AMI).
The kick in AMI finishes OK, but the channels still remain in the conference and subsequent kicks will produce the error
No participant named 'SIP/4274581-00000000' found!

The only way to kick them from the conference is an hangup request.

[~mnicolos] Asterisk 11 is no longer supported for bug fixes. Only 13 and 14 are currently supported.
