Environment:Linux, x86Attachments:
Description:I have an Asterisk 13 system (I've also tried Askterisk 11) with phones connected using the Unistim driver. I thought it was all working perfectly but once I got a few phones installed I found a serious problem. If I call one handset from another an outside line and then use the "on hold" button on the phone then strange things happen - I can't find a way to connect the call again from either end and also I think that the phone cannot be used again until I restart both Asterisk and the phone.

Incidentally this actually happened a few months ago and so I bought a BCM50 but can't make that work due (I think) to missing Keycodes (phone shows "SERVER: NO PORTS") - if anyone knows how to resolve that problem instead that would be great!

Thanks for creating a report! The issue has entered the triage process. That means the issue will wait in this status until a Bug Marshal has an opportunity to review the issue. Once the issue has been reviewed you will receive comments regarding the next steps towards resolution.

A good first step is for you to review the [Asterisk Issue Guidelines|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Issue+Guidelines] if you haven't already. The guidelines detail what is expected from an Asterisk issue report.

Then, if you are submitting a patch, please review the [Patch Contribution Process|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Patch+Contribution+Process].

Possibly a duplicate of ASTERISK-26565 (sorry I hadn't found it in my search before!)
