| Description: | When we play .mp3 files back through the Asterisk Playback function that last over 30 minutes, the playback quality becomes jittery/poor. If we listen to the .mp3 file through an external player such as VLC, the quality is fine.
If the .mp3 file is under 30 minutes, the call quality is fine. Has anyone experienced this problem? | ||

If there is a 45-minute call but only 15 minutes of audio, there are no call quality problems when playing back the call through the Playback function. Since you mentioned mp3 specifically I'm presuming you've tested this with other sound formats? You'll need to develop very direct step by step instructions for reproducing the issue. Include a download link for a sample sound file to use, configuration files necessary and describe anything else needed to reproduce.
