Description:Occasionally asterisk crashes, I don't know what is the reason for that. I followed the instruction for backtrace and I made it. I not added version 13-certified in Affects Version (because in this moment I don't have backtrace), but I have same problem with version 13-cert.

Thanks for creating a report! The issue has entered the triage process. That means the issue will wait in this status until a Bug Marshal has an opportunity to review the issue. Once the issue has been reviewed you will receive comments regarding the next steps towards resolution.

A good first step is for you to review the [Asterisk Issue Guidelines|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Issue+Guidelines] if you haven't already. The guidelines detail what is expected from an Asterisk issue report.

Then, if you are submitting a patch, please review the [Patch Contribution Process|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Patch+Contribution+Process].

11 is no longer a supported branch and we don't accept issue reports against certified releases on the issue tracker (if you have a support agreement you will need to contact Digium technical support). You will need to test against the latest version of Asterisk 13 or 14. If the issue still occurs then you will need to provide complete information (configuration, console output, backtrace, what version of PJSIP).
