I was trying to install asterik 14.0.3 in a Solaris server.
When I run the configure script it starts fine but ends with an error as below. Is there any way to get this fixed ?

checking whether more special flags are required for pthreads... -D_POSIX_PTHREAD_SEMANTICS
checking for PTHREAD_PRIO_INHERIT... yes
checking for RAII support... ./configure: line 9145: syntax error at line 9203: `(' unexpected

The severity of this issue has been automatically downgraded from "Blocker" to "Major". The "Blocker" severity is reserved for issues which have been determined to block the next release of Asterisk. Solaris is not a platform that any individual currently develops for and is not core supported I'm afraid. I don't expect anyone to look into this anytime soon.
