Environment:Integration Zoho CRM to AsteriskAttachments:
Description:I want to integrate Zoho CRM with an Asterisk PBX.
Zoho has some related information, but this is really poor and Zoho support doesn't know too much about the integration.
I have some doubts regarding the ZTI.PROPERTIES file and its proxy configuration section. This has several fields to be filled... are these fields related to the linux server credentials? or the asterisk system credentias? or an internet proxy?

#Proxy configuration
proxy=
proxy.user=
proxy.passwd=
proxy.host=
proxy.port=80

Does somebody did this kind integration that could guide me on this?
