Description:I am using asterisk with PSTN in India and are able to get callerid detection in most of the cases. But in two specific cases no configuration helps in callerid detection. The provider in both the cases is BSNL.

I am attaching the raw wav file captured using dahdi_monitor along with the screen shot of the said files opened in audacity.

I am willing to help with testing of patches or getting any additional information to pinpoint this issue.

I have attached 4 files, two raw files captured using dahdi_monitor and it's corresponding audacity screen shots. In both cases I have attempted all combination of cid_signalling and cid_start with no result. In both cases callerid is not getting detected is consistent. Do let me know if any additional information is required to nail this issue.

Per the Asterisk versions page [1], the maintenance (bug fix) support for the Asterisk branch you are using has ended. For continued maintenance support please move to a supported branch of Asterisk. After testing with a supported branch, if you find this problem has not been resolved, please open a new issue against the latest version of that Asterisk branch.

Thanks!

If you find the issue with a supported branch/version please provide in addition the following:

* Asterisk debug/full log that correlates to the audio captures.
* Ask your Telco what specific CallerID method/style they are using and if they provide any other options.
* Additional audio captures from the supported branch.
* DAHDI version are you using.
