Description:Unfortunately we cannot figure out how to reproduce this manually, but quite often we'll come across a customer using a Page Group where multiple extensions are paged, but 1 of them gets locked for hours. The phone itself is idle, but Asterisk thinks the channel is still open.

Channel: PJSIP/108-00001f16/ConfBridge                         Up            04:28:30
     Exten: 9000

I guarantee the receptionist did not page them for 4 hours xD

What would you guys suggest on how to diagnose this issue?

Thanks for creating a report! The issue has entered the triage process. That means the issue will wait in this status until a Bug Marshal has an opportunity to review the issue. Once the issue has been reviewed you will receive comments regarding the next steps towards resolution.

A good first step is for you to review the [Asterisk Issue Guidelines|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Issue+Guidelines] if you haven't already. The guidelines detail what is expected from an Asterisk issue report.

Then, if you are submitting a patch, please review the [Patch Contribution Process|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Patch+Contribution+Process].

We'd need to see console output and ideally SIP traffic as well to see what was exchanged. Additionally - if you hang it up from the console does that work?
