Environment:WSS, IPv6, PJSIP, with or without SSL over StunnelAttachments:( 0) configurations.txt

Description:to reproduce: make a call with pure IPv6(signalling and media) over WSS, hangup channel via CLI. There is no BYE Request to client.
Same scenario in IPv4 no Problem, BYE Request is send
