que pena mi falta de información pero nadie me a podido aclarar el tema. Para yo poder hacer una comunicación con un ivr con protocolo IP, necesito tener algún tipo de permiso de mi operador de Internet?, y si no es estrictamente necesario, como seria la configuración?, por que he tratado de hacer la configuración pero no me queda claro. tengo los siguientes elementos * internet *linea telefonica *VOIP-fisico-192.168.0.170 *asterisk-fisico192.168.0.200 *IVR con protocolo-fisico ip.192.168.0.100 conecto mi linea telefónica y mi Internet al VOIP, lo configuro con la extensión 1110@192.168.0.200(ip del asterisk),posterior a eso configuro mi asterisk con extensiones 1111 y 1112, 1 ruta saliente,una troncal SIP con extension outbound 1010 y nombre de linea troncal 1212,y la configuracion disallow=all allow=ulaw canreinvite=no context=from-trunk dtmfmode=rfc2833 host=192.168.0.170 (ip del VOIP) incominglimit=1 nat=yes port=5060 qualify=yes type=friend insecure=very y por ultimo 1 ruta entrante, quisiera saber si me pueden ayudar si esta configuración funciona o como la puedo probar,muchas gracias y me urge respuestas. | ||
