Description:Hi all,

I am having a problem with queues in Asterisk realtime, the problem happens when the call arrives in the queue.

There are 2 agents, when a new call arrives in the queue sometimes it is redirect to agent already in a call, same when there are other agent available or all agents are busy.

It looks like system are ignoring the status of the agent who received the second call, apparently ignoring the ringinuse=no settings.

As you can see from the log, the user goes in a status Ring+Inuse.

COBRANCA has 0 calls (max 15) in 'rrmemory' strategy (0s holdtime, 0s talktime), W:0, C:1, A:0, SL:0.0% within 0s
  Members:
SIP/1009 (ringinuse disabled) (dynamic) (paused) (in call) (In use) has taken 1 calls (last was 134 secs ago)
SIP/1016 (ringinuse disabled) (dynamic) (paused) (Ring+Inuse) has taken no calls yet
  No Callers

I have updated to Asterisk 11.25.3 and the problem happens too.

Any idea?

Per the Asterisk versions page [1], the maintenance (bug fix) support for the Asterisk branch you are using has ended. For continued maintenance support please move to a supported branch of Asterisk. After testing with a supported branch, if you find this problem has not been resolved, please open a new issue against the latest version of that Asterisk branch.

Thanks!

In fact, Asterisk 11 goes end of life tomorrow. No security releases will even occur for it in the future.
